The Minaret of Freedom Institute seeks to hire a Program Assistant with an interest in Islam and its relationship to liberty, the free market, and the rule of law.
Responsibilities of the position include: writing
research papers, attending academic conferences, updating the website,
contributing to the blog, and the development of new programs. The
position is especially well-suited to a student taking a year or two
off between degrees, but the
position can be part-time and flexible to meet the scheduling needs of
the
applicant. Graduate students are encouraged to apply. We prefer
a candidate who can begin no later than Sept. 1. Salary will be in the
range of $10-15/hr. based on qualifications and experience.Call
